Customer Self Service Portal (CSSP)

Any time one of your customers can make their own changes to a policy, is one less phone call your team will need to spent time on. Configure which elements the customer can change, which documents are viewable, with a fully automatic premium adjustment facility and updated documentation. Renewals, cancellations, MTAs could all be completed or requested by the client directly in your own CSSP.

For multi product clients, this portal will allow you to cross sell and up-sell other policies, giving you another way to sell new policies.
