Claims Management

When it comes to claims, some of clients want to have the ability to perform all business critical actions in one system. We can configure a tailored FNOL or first notification of loss form, either in the CSSP (customer self-service portal) or in a portal in the back office of the system, which will then create a claims workflow, following a business led approach to the claims process.

Emails updates, documentation and reporting can all be incorporated into the workflow, as well as permissions and roles for any claims underwriters or third party operators needing access to the data.
